Scary?? Look at your boxes- next time you buy- distributed by ----- in US Nowhere does it say Made in---- on alot of them. Now go to one of your major stores Walmart- Hyvee- you like fish? Look where it is caught- THEN look where it is processed. Caught in USA- PRocessed in China! I"m mad- I'm furious- but I"m only 1 person. The American public needs to demand oversight by the Food and Drug Administration - and testing of all products from cookware to clothing being sold in this country. From the lead in the toys, toxic chemicals in heparin, toxic pet food, melamine in the baby formula and who knows what else - When I think of the number of babies who have developed cancers and other mysterious illness - could it be from these products - from the baby formula to the bedding being used in their cribs that were made in China??? And what about the foul odor that appears in many of the towels and washcloths once they have become wet - it smells like burning rubber or petroleum oils - these products have been made in China, India and other countries. What are they using to cause this??? My husband and I have been trying to buy "Made in America" products since last year - it is truly amazing how hard they are to find - so thank goodness for this website. This weekend we will sending letters to our Ohio legislators and to local newspapers. I hope you will do the same. God Bless America.
